1) Payment term: 70% upon confirmation, 30% upon completion

2) All price include installation and delivery by lift access only .

3) Surcharge apply if hand carry by staircase above 3 storey.

4) Full payment by cash,cheque,bank transfer or paynow

5) Final quotation subjected to changes after site measurement eg. Additional work to cover up beam,cornices or changes in dimensions or layout.

6) All defects should be notified to us within the day of installation.

7) Price subject to change without prior notice.

8) Title of the goods shall remain with Modulfy Pte Ltd until full payment is made.

9) Warranty of product 5 yrs does not include normal wear and tear,cut or scratches, inappropriate use or cleaning and incidental damages.

10) Warranty for Soft Close(anti slam) roller 1 year from invoice date.

11) Shelves , Drawers and Cabinets depth – 450mm

12) Installation/site measurement date subject to availablity.

13) Pelmet/U Box are required to ensure ceiling and sides are levelled. Uneven floor/wall can affect the alignment of the doors which will result in sliding performance,roll back or gap. Leveling the floor/wall are necessary to ensure your sliding door works evenly.
