Delivery Coverage
We currently ship within Singapore only.
Delivery Timeframes

Pre-orders / Custom-made products: Estimated 14–21 working days, depending on availability and production schedule.

Sliding doors or pole system installations: Our team will contact you within 48 hours to arrange site measurements and schedule the installation.
Shipping Fees

Standard delivery: Order are inclusive of installation and delivery.

If an on-site consultation is absolutely necessary, we’re happy to arrange it—please note that there is a $80 fee to cover the time and resources required for our team to visit.
Order Tracking
Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with delivery updates or tracking details (if available).
Missed Deliveries
If no one is available at the delivery address, a re-delivery fee may apply. Please ensure your contact and address details are correct during checkout.
Damaged or Missing Items
Inspect your items upon delivery. If any product is damaged or missing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and supporting photos. We’ll resolve it promptly.
