Pole System Wardrobes & Trackless Sliding Doors by Modulfy


1. How is pricing calculated for pole systems and sliding doors?

Pricing is based on an itemised calculation tailored to your layout and configuration.

Pole System Pricing Factors:

  • Length and height of the area

  • Internal layout (e.g., shelves, drawers, hanger bars)

  • Add-ons such as sliding doors, pelmet box-up, side wall

Sliding Door Pricing Factors:

  • Length × height of the opening

  • Number of panels required

  • Any structural prep work such as steel/wood support or pelmet partition

Note: Quotation for sliding doors covers materials and installation. Additional works (e.g., dismantling, disposal, support works) are handled by your contractor based on site conditions.


2. Do I need exact measurements to get a quote?

No. Estimated dimensions (from floor plan or rough on-site measurement) are sufficient to prepare a layout and initial quote.

  • Shelf and hanger bar widths between 500–800mm are priced the same

  • A difference of 100mm in total length (e.g., 1800mm vs 1700mm) won’t affect the price unless layout changes

Final site measurements will be arranged after order confirmation. Any changes will be reflected in an updated quote before production begins.


3. What is included in the sliding door quotation?

  • Sliding door materials

  • Trackless sliding door mechanism

  • Installation by our team

Excluded and to be handled separately by contractor (if needed):

  • Dismantling and disposal

  • Steel/wood top support

  • Pelmet box-up or side wall preparation

  • Levelling works for uneven floors or walls

The width of the support is key for installation stability. The height can be adjusted according to the owner’s preferred door height.


4. Do I need a site visit before ordering?

Initial planning is best done at our showroom. However, if a site check is needed to confirm feasibility:

  • A $80 call-out fee applies

  • The fee will be waived upon order confirmation

We’ll assess whether the door solution is suitable and advise on any preparation work needed.


5. Where is your showroom and what can I expect?

Address: 65A Jalan Tenteram #05-12, Singapore (By Appointment Only)

At the showroom, we will:

  • Walk you through material options

  • Review layouts in detail

  • Explain sliding door mechanics and pole system configurations

  • Answer design or space-related questions on the spot


6. What is required to confirm an order?

To confirm, we’ll need:

  • Your full name, email, and installation address

  • Confirmation via email

  • Deposit payment

Once received, we will:

1. Send an order confirmation

2. Arrange site measurement

3. Finalise layout and pricing

4. Proceed with production and installation


7. What is the lead time for installation?

  • Pole system only (open concept): Approx. 3 weeks

  • Pole system with doors and pelmet: Approx. 3–4 weeks

  • Sliding doors only: Approx. 3–4 weeks

Lead time starts after the site measurement and final confirmation of the layout.


8. Can I make changes after the layout is confirmed?

Yes. After site measurement, we’ll update your layout and quotation if there are changes in dimensions or configuration. You will receive the final version for confirmation before production begins.


9. What if my floor or wall is uneven?

Uneven floors or out-of-square wall conditions may affect sliding door alignment.

  • We will adjust and tune the system for proper closing

  • Partition wall and side supports may require levelling to ensure smooth operation

  • These works are not included in the quote and should be handled by your contractor


10. How do I make payment?

Payment is made via PayNow to:

  • Balance is payable after installation is complete
